We respect your privacy. We will not share your information with any outside company. Credit card information is deleted from our servers immediately upon completion of your personalized santa letter order. Our site uses secure encryted technology provided by Authorize.net to process all credit card transactions securely. Any personally identifiable printed while processing your order information will be destroyed using cross-cut shredding technology before disposal.
EMAIL POLICY
It is our strict policy to follow the CANSPAM act of 2003. Our Santa Letter site offers visitors the opportunity to join our mailing list. Only customers placing orders and those opting into our mailing list will receive e-mail communications from us. Each email communication allows the recipient to opt out of our mailing list, thus having their name removed from future mailings.
DIRECT MAIL POLICY
Senders of Santa Letters and gifts will be added to the direct mail list of the Chicago Premiere Gift company, LLC. (Parent Company) Recipients are never added. Direct mail is used strictly to send offers, discounts, refunds and promotions to existing customers, or others who have opted to receive mail from us. Any information collected is never shared with or sold to any outside company.
RETURN POLICY
Unwanted Items
Letters and certificates are personalized items created specifically for you and cannot be returned for a refund. Food items are subject to spoilage or expiration and cannot be returned. Medals, toys, crafts, stationary and other non-personalized non food items may be returned in new and saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged and Defective Items
Items damaged during shipping may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Some returns may require filing a claim with the shipper. Please allow for this process to complete
Errors and Ommissions
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. No need to return the original Santa Letter order. We will gladly correct any errors or ommissions by replacing the items in error at our expense, including expedited mailing costs. In the event we cannot correct your order in time for Christmas you will receive a full refund. If your recipient was scheduled to receive an after Christmas thank you card, they will still receive it as scheduled.
